Job summary

Myvan Holdings Inc. in Consolacion, Cebu, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production floor operations, drive efficient workflows, and ensure safety and quality standards are met to achieve targets.

You will lead the production team, resolve issues, monitor processes, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance and management. A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and 2–3 years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; vocational or technical background may be acceptable with experience.
• Preferably 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
