Production Supervisor

Location: Catmon, Santa Maria, Bulacan

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and supervising production personnel. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities and manpower.

• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved on time.

• Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and company policies.

• Monitor product quality and coordinate with QA/QC for compliance standards.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and machines.

• Prepare daily production reports, monitoring, and documentation.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics regarding materials and inventory requirements.

• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the production area.

• Handle production concerns, troubleshooting, and operational issues immediately.

• Ensure proper implementation of company rules, discipline, and attendance monitoring.

• Recommend process improvements for productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course.

• With at least 2–3 years experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing or food industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Knowledgeable in production planning, inventory, and process monitoring.

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.

• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work in Catmon, Santa Maria, Bulacan.

• Flexible and willing to render overtime when needed.

• Proficient in MS Excel, reports preparation, and documentation.
