Job summary

VXNBRAND VENTURES OPC is seeking a Production Supervisor for Garment Manufacturing in Taytay, Rizal. You will oversee garment production processes, including fabric spreading, cutting, sewing, and finishing, while ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong costing and budgeting awareness, and proficiency in Excel to monitor fabric consumption and production metrics. You will coordinate with production and supply chain teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment/apparel production, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of pattern making, cutting, spreading, sewing, and garment costing.
• Understanding of fabric consumption and production costing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
