The production planner always prepares the plans, Monitors, and production schedules for the manufacture of apparel or commercial products.
Creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Estimating material requirements and coordinating with merchandising to ensure the availability of raw materials on time according to the BOM sheet.
A production planner assesses production capacity and adjusts schedules as needed to meet demand. Understanding capacity product by product maximizes proper utilization.
Monitoring daily production output and production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
Managing inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize excess stock.
Keep communication with relevant departments, including design, procurement, and manufacturing, to coordinate production activities.
Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the production process, such as delays or quality concerns, and taking the lead to resolve.

Qualifications
