Job summary

VXNBRAND VENTURES OPC is seeking a Production Supervisor for Garment Manufacturing in Taytay, Rizal. You will oversee garment production processes, including fabric spreading, cutting, sewing, and finishing, while ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong costing and budgeting awareness, and proficiency in Excel to monitor fabric consumption and production metrics. You will coordinate with production and supply chain teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

Experience in garment/apparel production, preferably in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of pattern making, cutting, spreading, sewing, and garment costing.
Understanding of fabric consumption and production costing.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Create and develop garment patterns based on design and specifications.
Supervise fabric spreading, cutting, sewing, and finishing processes.
Forecast fabric consumption and monitor fabric wastage.
Calculate sewing/labor cost and overall production costing.
Prepare production plans, schedules, and manpower requirements.
Monitor production output, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
Coordinate with the production, supply chain and related departments to ensure smooth operations.
