We are looking for a skilled and hands‑on Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a garments manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and managing factory personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the production floor, including sewing, cutting, and finishing
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently
• Monitor workflow, line balancing, and manpower allocation
• Maintain quality control standards and minimize defects
• Coordinate with production planning, QA, and warehouse teams
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff and line leaders
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and equipment
• Implement and enforce safety, housekeeping, and company policies
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate of any related course
• With experience in garments manufacturing or textile industry
• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or Production Supervisor
