Job summary

Agripacific Corporation in Tanza, Cavite, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will oversee GMP compliance, coordinate with planning, QA, and finance, and drive production KPIs.

The role requires engineering education and at least 2 years in manufacturing (FMCG/Food & Beverage) with strong MS Excel and ERP skills. Willingness to base in Tanza, Cavite, is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or related field; licensed engineer is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience, FMCG preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software; baking breads, cakes, pastries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with planning, QA, and finance for on-time, complete production orders.
• Monitor SAP production modules in real time and report KPIs.
• Lead the production team and maintain safe, clean working conditions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to production orders.
• Support Food Safety Team on related issues.
• Attend weekly Sales and Operations Meetings with Bread division.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join Agripacific Corporation on a full-time basis in Tanza, Cavite. This is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring that all manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing production teams, and contributing directly to the achievement of company production targets and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall supervision of Production Operations of Bread Commissary, ensuring all processes and activities are GMP compliant while protecting business bottom-line.

• Monitors day-to-day production operations and ensures all production orders are produced on-time and in full.

• Ensures all raw and packaging materials are complete and available by close coordination with Operations planning officer before start of operations.

• Leads team in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices by checking all staffs' uniforms, grooming, tools & utensils, ensuring that equipment are clean and sanitized, and facility and workplace are conducive for production.

• Ensures daily transaction of SAP production modules by monitoring, checking, and doing it real-time.

• Coordinates closely with QA with regards to all quality issues and recommends solutions as needed.

• Provides and reports production operations key performance indicators as required.

• Participates on weekly Sales and Operations Meetings with Bread division.

• Assists Finance & Accounting department on the month-end closing activities by ensuring accurate transactional entries and technical completion of all production orders.

• Works with Food Safety Team on any concern related to Food Safety Management System.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

This could be for you if you’re:

• A Graduate of Engineering, Business Management, or any related course. Licensed Engineer is an advantage.

• With at least 2 years related work experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably from an FMCG industry or Food and Beverage segments.

• With advance skill and knowledge on Production processes and Inventory Management. Proficient in using MS Excel and ERP Software. Preferably with knowledge of baking fresh breads, cakes and pastries.

• Willing to be based in Tanza, Cavite
