Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Bakery Shift Supervisor in Pasig to oversee daily shift operations at the Breadline, ensuring targets are met.

You will enforce GMP, HACCP and food hygiene standards, drive process efficiency with 5S and waste reduction, and lead a large production team while complying with local labor laws. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

- *Shift Management*: Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily shift operations for the Breadline to ensure production targets are met

- *Quality & Safety Compliance*: Strictly implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene protocols across the bakery production line

- *Process Efficiency*: Apply basic lean manufacturing tools like 5S and waste reduction to maximize line efficiency and minimize losses

- *Team Leadership*: Manage and motivate shift personnel in full compliance with local labor laws

*QUALIFICATIONS*

- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences, or any related engineering field

- *Experience*: At least 3 to 5 years of solid supervisory experience handling shift operations within a food manufacturing environment. Direct background in commercial bakery operations is highly preferred

- *Technical Mastery*: Deep, working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations, and lean principles (5S)

- *Traits*: Sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and an excellent communicator capable of handling large production teams

- *Work Setup*: On-site in Pasig City | 6 days a week | Flexible to work shifting schedules and holiday duties
