Job summary

QC Styropackaging Corp in Quezon City is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead daily and weekly performance reviews, ensure adherence to production standards, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in a food packaging setting, with strong planning, analytical thinking, and communication skills. You will supervise 400-500 employees and coordinate with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in Food Packaging Manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in planning, organizing, directing and control of production activities to improve performance.
• Possesses analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including reports and presentations.
• Experience with ISO standards is a plus.
• Ability to supervise 400-500 employees.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily performance review meetings showing Actual attainment vs Standards.
• Monitors daily machine running compliance against plan schedule.
• Conducts weekly performance review meetings with the Production Foreman.
• Prepares weekly management reports and submits to the Plant Manager.
• Collaborates with section heads on departmental concerns.
• Monitors effective system compliance implementation.
• Oversees production downtime control and improvements.
• Manages and controls implementation of processes on the production floor.
• Evaluates foreman and encoder performance.
• Tracks and updates standard cycle time compliance and suggests actions to hit targets.
