Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks a Supervisory Production Lead to oversee daily operations in the printing and packaging facility in Valenzuela. You will manage production schedules, coordinate with teams, and ensure strict adherence to food safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and at least 1 year in a supervisory position; experience in ISO/TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, and FDA guidelines is preferred.
