Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams to ensure efficient workflow.

• Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (onsite)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• At least 1 year in Supervisory position
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
• Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
• Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO [TS22002-4:2018], FSSC 22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines, and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred
• Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
