Job summary

COLUMBIA INT’L FOOD PRODUCTS, INC. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the performance of the production OICs and ensure production schedules are executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 3 years in food production, and is willing to work shifts and relocate to Navotas, CAMANAVA area for on-site duties. Knowledge of GMP, 5S, HACCP, and food safety regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least College Degree in Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3 years working experience in related field, preferably in Manufacturing/ Production with food processing/packaging exposure.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, 5S and HACCP.
• Food safety, halal, ISO or FDA regulation knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to work on shift (day/night) and relocate to Navotas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the performance of the production OICs.
• Implements all production schedules.
• Maintains records of all process data.
• Ensures to meet required product output.
• Generates productivity reports.
• Forecasts raw materials.
• Reviews production process and recommends system improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
