Description

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient output, compliance with food safety standards, and effective manpower coordination.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and efficiency targets
• Monitor manpower allocation, production flow, and machine utilization
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules across the production floor
• Ensure proper use, handling, and basic maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Report equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control and other departments to resolve production concerns
• Prepare and submit basic production reports and operational documentation
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

• College Graduate (Technical / Mechanical / Industrial courses)
• Willing to train in Laguna for 10 months
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including graveyard
