• Ensure availability of all materials needed for daily operations.
• Implement control and disciplinary measures when required.
• Prepare productivity reports and monitoring forms.
• Keep track of machine conditions and report issues.
• Perform additional assignments as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operation and ensure compliance to production plan with efficient operation.
• Prepare weekly production schedule and manpower requirement.
• Check daily compliance to production schedule and manpower requirement.
• Ensure all raw materials , packaging and production implements needed are available on daily operation.
• Implement control and disciplinary measures when needed .
• Prepare productivity reports and check monitoring forms of machine operators.
• Keep track of machine condition before start of production and report machine trouble for repair.
• Perform other work assignment that will be assigned from time to time.
