Job summary

Columbia Intl Food Products, Inc. Navotas plant is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee production schedules, monitor efficiency, and ensure orderly, safe operations on the shop floor.

Requirements include a College Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or food processing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and knowledge of GMP, 5S and HACCP are required. Willingness to work day or night shifts and relocate to Navotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Production with food processing exposure.
• Autocad proficiency.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, 5S and HACCP.
• Willing to work shifts and relocate to Navotas.
• 10 full-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production prompt schedules and monitor efficiency.
• Calculate and measure inputs and outputs of production.
• Supervise production staff to maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
• Maintain overall orderliness and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Prepare reports and collect data for senior supervisors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QC, and senior supervisors to prevent production obstacles.
• Other duties may be assigned.
