Job summary

Sunpride Foods Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the production line, drive efficiency, quality, and safety, and coordinate with the team to meet targets.

You will supervise production teams, monitor processes, enforce safety protocols, and work with cross-functional groups to optimize workflows, train staff, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor in food/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative environment.
• Data analysis and reporting skills with performance metrics interpretation.
• Good communication and cross-functional liaison abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
