Job summary

Mclink Copy Services Phils. Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team in Bulacan. You will supervise production personnel, ensure daily output targets are met, and uphold quality standards across the line.

You will monitor workflows, coach staff, and collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain a smooth production flow. A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement will be essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and maintenance practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Educational background in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred.
