Job summary

Zamperla Asia Pacific, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Carmona, Cavite to oversee fabricators and welders, organize daily activities, and ensure timely, quality production.

You will monitor processes, train staff, and address material and equipment issues to meet targets. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing supervisory role with understanding of fabrication processes, welding standards, and defects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong technical abilities, problem solving and decision making with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation.
• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.

• Plan and organize daily activities to ensure timely execution of the production schedule while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
• Monitor production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve issues to meet targets.
• Check and address concerns related to materials, equipment, workspace, utilities, workforce and time elements affecting the fabrication section.

About you
