Job summary

KUNSTOF uPVC Windows & Doors is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will supervise the production team, coordinate schedules, and ensure output meets quality, safety, and delivery targets.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a relevant technical degree, and proficiency in Excel for reporting. On-site with rotating shifts; manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Comfortable preparing production reports and using Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule, as required.
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet output and delivery schedules.
• Assign tasks and manage manpower across production shifts.
• Monitor product quality, material usage, and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to address production issues.
• Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment performance and report breakdowns or maintenance needs.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of output, downtime, rejects, and attendance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace through good housekeeping and 5S practices.
