The Manufacturing Section leads manages a team, implements production schedules, and maintains quality standards to meet production targets.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure reliable and efficient operations with optimal product quality.
• Implement standards, procedures, and processes to manufacture high-quality products.
• Plan and organize production schedules.
• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations and guidelines are met.
• Determine quality control standards.
• Oversee production processes.

• Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering; with license is an advantage.
• Work Experience: With a minimum of at least 1-year experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing food industry.
• Job Skills:
  • With knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling.
  • With a background in HACCP and Internal Audit.
  • Capable of training team members.
