Qualifications

The Production Staff is responsible for preparing, processing, packing, and storing food products according to company recipes, quality standards, and food-safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food products based on approved recipes and production schedules.
• Measure, mix, cook, portion, and pack products accurately.
• Check the quality, freshness, appearance, and proper labeling of finished products.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, and proper handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor raw materials and immediately report low stocks, damaged items, or product issues.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients responsibly.Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies using the FIFO method.
• Operate commissary tools and equipment safely.
• Complete production records and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; vocational or food-related training is an advantage.
• Experience in food production, commissary, bakery, restaurant, or kitchen operations is preferred, but fresh applicants may apply.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, sanitation, and food-safety practices is an advantage.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting supplies when required.
