Job summary

Brother Industries (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline to join our production team in Mimaropa.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup, strong knowledge of QC tools, and hands-on experience in production capacity planning, progress monitoring, and recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Set-up.
• Knowledge of Basic / New QC Tools.
• Experience in Production Capacity Planning, Progress Monitoring and Recovery Planning.
• Experience in implementation of improvement activities / small project activities.
• Experience in manpower planning and management.
• Willingness to be assigned to production processes and improvements.
• Good communication, leadership and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS applications especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Macros is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
