Job summary

PLAENGI PHILIPPINES INC. in Cavite seeks a Production Planning Specialist to oversee planning activities at the manufacturing site. The role requires a degree in IE/Business, 5+ years in production/material planning, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with strong ERP, Excel, MRP, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will monitor production schedules and ensure timely materials and resources to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and MRP.
• Familiar with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and planning tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to monitor production schedules and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Capable of coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
