TSUKIDEN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Engineering graduate to lead a manufacturing team in Biñan, Laguna. You will monitor performance, adjust schedules, and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, CAPA knowledge, and strong problem solving with supervisory experience. Expect company trainings, yearly appraisals, and paid leaves.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in a related field.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CAPA concepts and practices.

• Experience in manpower handling and supervision.
