Job summary

Ethos is seeking a director of production quality to supervise QA, editorial, and quality-checking of business documents, spreadsheets, and slides for accuracy and consistency. This role supports executive and client delivery of AI-generated documents across board-ready slides, financial spreadsheets, and memo reviews.

Remote, flexible hours (5–20 hours weekly with potential for more) with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour, globally remote freelance arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
