Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Financial Management.
• At least 2 years of planning experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates, records, and updates daily production report monitoring across plants.
• Coordinate planning activities and ensure target dates are met.
• Monitor, update, and analyze inventory movement for an efficient inventory system.
• Draw delivery and dispatch schedules and coordinate with Logistics for booking and truck allocation.
• Coordinate production plans with warehouse to ensure materials are available as scheduled.
• Coordinate interplant inventory transfers and ensure materials are readily available.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support planning initiatives.
• Conduct monthly actual inventory, or as needed.
• Assist immediate head in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform tasks assigned by immediate head.
