Qualifications

• Experience in electronic manufacturing.
• Wire harness manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Ability to forecast demand and manage inventory and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align production plans with customer demand.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure 5S, monitor attendance, and enforce quality and safety procedures.
