Coordinate with Customer Service, clients, suppliers, and internal departments to gather volume forecasts, project requirements, product specifications, and material needs.
Develop and maintain long-term and short-term production, material, and capacity plans to support customer demand and operational objectives.
Prepare material requirement plans, purchase requests, and requisition plans for raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished goods.
Create and manage production schedules, ensuring availability of materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and required documentation.
Monitor production progress, capacity utilization, inventory status, pull-out schedules, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Coordinate logistics and truck requirements, prioritize job orders, and facilitate the efficient flow of materials and documents to minimize delays.
Analyze production, inventory, and forecast data, and recommend actions to support production efficiency, delivery commitments, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, scheduling, and operational issues affecting production plans.
Prepare, maintain, and submit planning, inventory, production, and customer-related reports as required by management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements, and perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
