Job summary

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service, clients, suppliers, and internal departments to gather volume forecasts, project requirements, product specifications, and material needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term and short-term production, material, and capacity plans to support customer demand and operational objectives.
• Prepare material requirement plans, purchase requests, and requisition plans for raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished goods.
• Create and manage production schedules, ensuring availability of materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and required documentation.
• Monitor production progress, capacity utilization, inventory status, pull-out schedules, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and truck requirements, prioritize job orders, and facilitate the efficient flow of materials and documents to minimize delays.
• Analyze production, inventory, and forecast data, and recommend actions to support production efficiency, delivery commitments, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, scheduling, and operational issues affecting production plans.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit planning, inventory, production, and customer-related reports as required by management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements, and perform other duties assigned by management.
