Job summary

Hizon Laboratories, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize production planning and scheduling, coordinating with the Manufacturing Operations Manager to align workloads with capacity.

You will work with Bulk Warehouse In-Charge and Team Leader for packaging readiness, ensure that clearance checklists are completed before packaging, and alert Engineering staff about machine breakdowns, implementing corrective actions to prevent delays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements production personnel schedule in coordination with the Manufacturing Operations Manager.
• Coordinates with the Bulk Warehouse In-Charge and/or Team Leader for Compression/Encapsulation and Coating for the issuance and availability of bulk products for primary packaging.
• Checks and approves the packaging line clearance checklist before the start of the packaging operation.
• Ensures that machine breakdowns are immediately reported to Engineering Staff and repairs are done immediately to avoid delays; ascertains that corrective measures are taken to prevent re-occurrence.
