Job summary

Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, a leading Philippines-based packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, boost productivity, and drive operational excellence at its Lawang Bato, Valenzuela facility.

The role focuses on data-driven improvements, collaboration with Production, QA, Engineering, and Maintenance teams, and implementing new equipment and technologies to ensure safety and quality standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in process analysis and improvement tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.
