Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize line resources for SMT and Warehouse operations, drive capacity planning, space planning, and layout improvements across production lines.

Reporting to the Manager, Industrial Engineering, you will validate standard times, balance lines, and lead cross-functional projects with Facilities, Purchasing, and EHS to improve productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong background in IE, capacity planning, process optimization and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and resource analysis to support production demand and expansion.
• Lead product transfer, line setup and facility layout activities with cross-functional teams.
• Perform standard time studies and line balancing to improve efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and apply VSM to identify improvements and reduce waste.
