Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is hiring a Production Operator to operate and maintain assigned machines from start-up to shutdown, following SOPs and work instructions. You will participate in quality checks, safety practices, and preventive maintenance while supporting a productive manufacturing environment in Laguna.

Qualified candidates have engineering-related education, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and enjoy teamwork with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of technical/vocational, engineering, or engineering-related courses.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with EHS Management Systems, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC is an advantage.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Good teamwork and innovative work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machines from start-up to shutdown, in line with SOPs and work instructions.
• Support occupational safety, quality and maintenance of unit operations and processes.
