Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks a Process Engineer to oversee production operations, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance in a fast-paced beverage environment. You will ensure adherence to GMP, manage start-ups and line changes, and mentor junior operators while coordinating with maintenance and QA teams.

Applicants should be licensed engineers (mechanical/electrical/ece) with experience in F&B production, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or ECE).
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing production or maintenance.
• Familiar with GMP and food safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Check production materials per plan and ensure variety, quantity, quality and weight match formulas.
• Adjust equipment parameters and monitor valve/pipeline connections for start-up, production, shutdown and shift transfers.
• Maintain accurate production line records and report emergencies to supervisors.
• Monitor daily machine performance for productivity and quality; coordinate with related departments.
• Conduct daily inventory of raw materials, cleaning materials and consumables; ensure materials are ready.
