Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Production Operator at the Calamba Plant. The role operates specific machines, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensures production meets specifications at the right time and cost. You will engage in online QC, maintain materials and logs, and coordinate with peers to ensure smooth shifts.

The position requires a degree in engineering and willingness to work at Km. 50 Brgy. San Cristobal, Calamba City, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Km. 50 Brgy. San Cristobal, Calamba City, Laguna.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and checks quality of all materials needed for scheduled operations.
• Cleans, sanitizes and prepares machine and surrounding area according to start-up procedures.
• Checks if machines are in good running condition and minimizes startup rejections.
• Operates machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP.
• Performs online QC and checks in-process/finished product specs to ensure quality.
• Maintains inventory and signs production and log reports.
• Coordinates with other machine operators and assists supervisor as needed.
