Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations, ensure cost-efficient production, and deliver quality and on-time results. This role requires strong supervisory skills, a background in engineering, and proficiency in MS Office.

The incumbent will supervise production personnel, manage materials, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering course (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and Electronics and Communications Engineering).
• Ensures that all materials (Raw, Packaging, Cleaning, Consumable) needed in the operations are on the production floor.
• Supervises all production activities in his shift and ensure normal production run.
• Must have at least one year Supervisory experience in food manufacturing firms.
• Must have good supervisory skills in planning, leading, organizing and controlling.
• Computer Literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Has a team-player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude.
• Full-time position is available.

Responsibilities

• The Plant Production Supervisor is under the supervision of the Production Manager.
• Attains cost-efficient operations with quality and on-time delivery of products.
• Over-all supervision of the Production personnel and activities in his shift.
