Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Production Services Executive to support the Client Service team. You will handle data entry, manage production milestones, and assist with invoicing and quotations to ensure campaigns bill accurately and on time.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain data systems, generate reports, and uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness across multiple projects. The role requires initiative, attention to detail, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain high quality operational and administrative support (data entry and generating quotations, purchase orders and invoices)
• Management of project timelines as set by the Client Services team
• Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and accuracy, and to contractual targets
• Take complete ownership of the process and ensuring compliance
• Work with other internal teams to establish best practices and procedures to ensure consistency and sharing of learning between teams
• Ensuring best practice in conjunction with wider HH operations group
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the data system accurately
• Generating reports and updating shared workspaces
