Job summary

HH Global in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Production Services Executive to support our Client Service team. You will handle data entry, generate quotations, purchase orders and invoices, and manage production milestones to ensure timely, accurate billing of campaigns and projects.

The role requires strong data management, attention to detail, and excellent communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. On-site work in Makati with close collaboration across HH Global teams.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Computer proficiency and strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills to support production of assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain high quality operational and administrative support (data entry and generating quotations, purchase orders and invoices)
• Management of project timelines as set by the Client Services team
• Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and accuracy, and to contractual targets.
• Take complete ownership of the process and ensuring compliance.
• Work with other internal teams to establish best practices and procedures to ensure consistency and sharing of learning between teams.
• Ensuring best practice in conjunction with wider HH operations group
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the data system accurately
• Generating reports and updating shared workspaces
