Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage customer orders, coordinate artwork approvals, and ensure clear communication between suppliers and customers. The role involves updating CRM quotes, processing SO/PO corrections in Sage, and sending order acknowledgments and POs to suppliers.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of related experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must achieve AS Advertising Specialist level certification and CI certification within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and clarify customer order instructions.
• Update CRM quote with final order details and convert quote.
• Make amendments in Sage to correct SO/POs for clothing orders.
• Send Order Acknowledgement to customers and Purchase orders to suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure artwork proof is approved by deadlines.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are dispatched on schedule.
• Maintain CRM communications and assist in training new Coordinators.
