Job summary

Miyuco Enterprise in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relationships, driving on-time delivery within budget and cost control. You will lead the Operations Team and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR to align capacity with demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

We need someone to help us:

• LMA: Leads, manages, and holds accountable all direct reports; ensures clarity of expectations, performance alignment, and development of the Operations Team.

• Production Planning & Output: Owns production planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver on-time output within budget; ensures production efficiency and cost control.

• Customer Delivery Excellence: Ensures all customer delivery commitments are met on time and in full; owns the fulfillment process and customer delivery performance.

• Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Owns supply chain replenishment strategy and execution; ensures materials and inventory are available on time and within budget to support production and delivery.

• Supplier & Subcontractor Relations: Owns supplier and subcontractor relationships (local and international); ensures quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment to company standards.

• Facilities, Equipment & Security: Ensures facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained, functional, and safe; owns operational security, uptime, reliability, and a secure work environment.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Willing to work full-time and on-site at our Quezon City office along Mother Ignacia Ave.

• At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Production, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.

• Experience in inventory control, procurement, and supply chain planning.

• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.

• Able to monitor and improve operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Highly organized with excellent project management and prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication and people leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ERP, inventory, or production management systems (or willing to learn quickly).

• Willing to visit suppliers, warehouses, and production facilities when necessary.

• Demonstrates a servant-leadership mindset and enjoys developing people.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in garment, apparel, textile, FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience in production costing and operations budgeting.

• Experience sourcing from both local and international suppliers.

• Familiarity with importation and logistics processes.

• Experience improving SOPs and operational systems.

Who’ll You Work With

You’ll be reporting to our Chief of Staff who acts as the Integrator to whom all Core Leaders report to. Our Integrator is the one tying everyone together to help all of us march in cadence and in unity.

You’ll be working alongside our:

You’ll be assisted by your Operations & Production Assistant, and lead our Operations Team of:

• Production Workers

• Drivers

• Logistics & Maintenance Staff

• Warehouse Staff

You’ll also meet our Chief Steward who acts as the Visionary in the company responsible for our R&D, Innovation, and Culture.

Your Day-to-Day

• You’ll review production schedules and priorities with the Team to ensure store and customer orders are completed on time and within budget.

• You’ll coordinate closely with our Sales and Marketing Leaders to align production capacity with customer demand and upcoming campaigns.

• You’ll monitor inventory levels, forecast material requirements, and work with suppliers to ensure raw materials arrive on time.

• You’ll communicate regularly with our local and international suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality, negotiate timelines, and resolve production issues before they affect delivery.

• You’ll oversee order fulfillment from production to shipment, ensuring our customers receive complete and on-time deliveries.

• You’ll analyze production, inventory, and operational reports to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and control costs.

• You’ll conduct regular inspections of our warehouse, equipment, and facilities to ensure they remain organized, safe, secure, and fully operational.

• You’ll improve and standardize operational processes, SOPs, and workflows so our team can execute consistently as the company grows.

• You’ll coach and develop your Operations Team through regular check‑ins, performance discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Production rarely goes exactly as planned. Supplier delays, unexpected demand, and operational challenges are part of the job, so you’ll need to stay calm, think ahead, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• This role requires balancing speed, quality, and cost. Solving one problem shouldn't create another, so you’ll constantly be weighing priorities and making trade‑offs that serve the business as a whole.

• Success in this role depends on strong collaboration. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR Leaders to ensure our operations support the company's overall goals.
