Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations/ Manufacturing Head to oversee daily manufacturing activities, optimize production plans, and drive quality and cost control. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

The Operations/ Manufacturing Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, consistent quality, cost control, and timely delivery of targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and production processes.
Oversee daily manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and monitor production plans, schedules, targets, and operational KPIs.
Ensure production output meets required quality, quantity, cost, and delivery standards.
Identify production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Lead initiatives for productivity improvement, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost control.
Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety policies.
Analyze operational data and prepare regular reports on productivity, efficiency, downtime, quality, and other key performance indicators.
Lead, supervise, and develop supervisors, team leaders, engineers, and production personnel.
Ensure equipment and production resources are properly utilized and coordinate with Maintenance regarding equipment issues and preventive maintenance.
Manage operational issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Provide management with recommendations for improving overall operational performance and supporting future production requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering is highly preferred. Graduates of Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology may also be considered.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, plant operations, or industrial engineering.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience and 10 or more year for managerial experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of production processes, productivity improvement, quality management, and operational planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and operational challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Waray-waray, Aklanon, Surigaonon & Butuanon dialects
