Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Operations or General Management
- Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage
- Background in manufacturing (wrought iron-related industry is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of policies, safety standards, and local regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, and warehousing, to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Lead, train, and develop employees while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Represent the company in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Provide overall leadership and management direction across all departments
- Oversee and manage employees, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth operations
