Job summary

Miyuco Enterprise in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relationships, driving on-time delivery within budget and cost control. You will lead the Operations Team and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR to align capacity with demand.

This role values servant leadership, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement, with a focus on Lean practices in garment manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Experience in inventory control, procurement, and supply chain planning.
• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and priorities to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align capacity with demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements; liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships to maintain quality and cost control.
• Lead the Operations Team and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Analyze production, inventory, and operational reports to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Inspect warehouse, equipment, and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Improve SOPs and workflows for scalable growth.
• Foster a culture of ownership and servant leadership.
