The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in manufacturing or production operations, with 2–3 years in supervision, and a strong background in food manufacturing or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Cost & Waste Control: Optimize plant performance to deliver products at the best possible manufacturing cost.
• End-to-End Leadership: Direct and mentor a multi-tiered team across the manufacturing floor, dispatch bays, and logistical distribution points.

What We Are Looking For

Managerial Weight: At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Preferred Industry Edge: Strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high-volume production environments is highly preferred.

Traits: Exceptional strategic layout planning, highly numbers-driven, and a resilient manager of multi-shift factory personnel.

WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS

Location: Pasig City (On-site / Plant-based)

Schedule: 6 days a week | Must be flexible to manage shifting schedules and holiday operations to oversee continuous plant workflows.
