Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.

• Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Supervise, train, and develop production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline operations.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, output, and efficiency.
