Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for its Danao, Cebu facility. This onsite, dayshift role requires directing production, leading staff, and ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. You will drive efficiency and cost reductions across end-to-end operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in managerial roles within food manufacturing and strong ERP/manufacturing software experience, plus lean manufacturing know-how. Onsite work in Danao, Cebu is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years in a managerial capacity within a food manufacturing plant
• At least 3 years of plant operations management in a multinational or local company
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production management software
• Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to work onsite in Danao, Cebu

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.
