Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or engineering management.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in managing industrial machinery, maintenance operations, and plant facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Tshuneshie Plant to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and operational requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with management on plant operations, requirements, issues, and improvements.
• Ensure proper scheduling of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Supervise maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs and inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and installations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation and maintenance reports.
