Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant Manager in Danao City, Cebu. This on-site, full-time role oversees daily production activities and drives GMP and quality across the plant.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering with 3–7 years of end-to-end experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Local residency or relocation arrangements are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of end-to-end production plant experience in relevant industries.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby areas (or have relocation arrangements).

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production operations based on forecasts and requirements.
• Direct and control daily activities to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive attainment of quality, safety, sanitation, and GMP across finished products and workplace.
• Initiate process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Verify and submit accurate production reports and documentation for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional units to align production goals.
