Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end production or plant operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Basic knowledge of food processing technologies and end-to-end production processes.
• Experience conducting production-related seminars, training sessions, and employee orientations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities based on volume forecasts, requirements and priorities.
• Lead and monitor day-to-day production activities for smooth operations.
• Drive compliance with quality, safety, GMP, sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades and innovation initiatives.
• Review and ensure timely submission of production and operational reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements and business objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop production personnel to strengthen team performance and accountability.
