Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily gummy candy production, ensure target output, efficiency, and yield, and lead a high-performance team on-site in Marilao, Bulacan.

You will optimize manpower, materials, equipment usage, and coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning to drive continuous improvements while maintaining GMP, HACCP, and BRCGS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of solid managerial experience in food manufacturing.
• Direct experience in gummy candy or confectionery is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS regulations.
• Strong leadership and data-driven problem-solving in production planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gummy candy production to meet output targets, efficiency goals, and yield standards.
• Monitor and optimize manpower, production schedules, raw materials, and machinery utilization.
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and BRCGS standards, ensuring proper SOP execution.
• Analyze production data, machine downtime, rejects, and process losses to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Partner closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning teams to streamline workflows.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate production supervisors and line personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning teams to streamline workflows.
• Team Leadership: Mentors, coaches, and evaluates production supervisors and line personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 5 years of solid managerial experience specifically within food manufacturing.

Industry Edge:

Direct experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS regulations.

Core Skills:

Exceptional leadership, data-driven analytical skills, and a proven track record in production planning and manpower management.

Location:
