Job summary

Private Advertiser in Marilao, Bulacan seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee gummy candy production, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time targets.

You will lead production teams, manage schedules and resources, enforce GMP, HACCP and BRCGS, and drive continuous improvements across lines and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gummy candy production operations.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, efficiency, yield, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, production schedules, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements.
• Analyze production data, downtime, rejects, and process losses and implement improvements.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Develop and coach production supervisors and personnel.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and key performance indicators.
